STATISTICS: in March volume of trades in Non-state Securities on KASE has increased from $1,428,600 to $2,248,300

/IRBIS, April 3, 00/ - During March 2000 on the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange 45 deals were made in Private Securities to the total sum of $2,248,300, which is by 80% more than in the previous month, when 25 transactions to the sum of $1,428,600 dollars were made, which is by 59.9% less than in March. In total 718,883 stock and bonds were purchased compared to 186,712 (140,712 shares and 46,000 bonds KOMBb). The biggest volumes were fixed in trade in: - coupon bonds of JSC "Komirbank" (KOMBb, official list, category "A"). They have occupied 22.6% ($515,600) from the total volume of deals. - common registered shares of JSC "Bank CentrCredit" (CCBN, official list, category "A") - 21.9%, $500,300. - common registered shares of JSC "Halyk Sevings Bank of Kazakhstan" (HSBK, official list, category "A") - 15.3%, $349,100. - preferred registered shares of JSC "UKTMK" (UKTMKp, official list, category "A") - 14.2%, $325,000. Common shares of JSC "Neftehimbank" (NFCH, official list, category "B") and common registered shares of JSC Bank "TuranAlem" (BTAS, official list, category "A") were most popular. The remarkable feature of the last time: all market favorites are the tools from the "A" category of official list. In total the deals were made in 15 tools (12 - in February). 17 deals were productive. The productiveness has not changed. Out from 45 transactions 17 have been conducted in the KASE Quoted System (13 from 25 in February) excluding automatic satisfaction of the counter auction applications (so-called direct transactions when the traders conduct deals under direct agreements). 28 (6 - in February) transactions have been conducted in the main mode of KASE Quoted System.
