/IRBIS, March 30, 00/ - Today the Ministry of finance of Kazakhstan with the National Bank of Kazakhstan holds an auction for placing indexed state treasury bills MEKAVM with 182 days of circulation (#29/6) within planned volume of USD4 mln.

After processing submitted applications cut-off price was settled at USD95.37 per MEKAVM (9.71% APR). Primary dealers and their clients were suggested to submit additional applications at USD95.37, which corresponds to 9.71% APR.

Compared to previous issue yield of MEKAVM-6 fell 4 percentage points (from 9.75% APR).
