The chairman of the bank says that the American bank is ready to offer Kazakhstan access to international financial markets and it is interested in the development of the country's oil industry and oil infrastructure. He said Kazakhstan could improve its financial situation due to increases in oil prices as international capital markets are having steady growth. The bank took part in the tender for selecting the lead-manager for Kazakhstani eurobond issue. Later it was announced that the winners had been Deutsche bank and J.P. Morgan. The representative of the government told REUTERS Goldman Sachs could be interested in the plans of Kazakhoil to issue eurobonds for domestic market.
