OPEC achieves the mutual understanding between the main oil-extracting countries to keep the "firm" petroleum prices. As sources have said, now OPEC countries consider the question concerning the "prices corridor". Besides Russia, OPEC consults with other largest petroleum countries including Mexico and Norway.
