As the chairman of committee has declared, the document should indicate that the U.S.A. will have no more of artificial oil production restraint, which damages the American economy". Now petrol price in USA has reached the record level of 1.5 dollars for gallon. The new administration bill provides oil exporters, including the U.S. partners. Congressmen have decided to give the President authorities to terminate the military help for the oil-extracting states. Till now U.S. administration has been refusing the radical measures and stakes on diplomatic negotiations with OPEC. Day before the President of USA has signed the law about sanctions against the foreign companies suspected in military cooperation with Iran in the field of rockets and nuclear energy. This step has caused negative reaction of the Russian Federation.
