/IRBIS, March 10, 00/ - The Ministry of Finance of Kazakhstan has finished 11th week (March 6 - 12) in the State Securities primary market with the following results. At actual volume of redemption of 2,061.4 million tenges (MEKKAM-3 #253; MEKKAM-3 #254) the emitter attracted 1,952.1 million tenges (381.5 million tenges + $11.1 million at the official rate on placement date).

The week balance of the emitter under the notes program is minus 109.3 million tenges.
