The amount of actually paid dividends is KZT44,362,000,000 (forty four billion three hundred and sixty two million tenge). AGM conducted on 24 May 2014 (minutes #4) approved that the company shall distribute a total of KZT63,390,000,000, representing 100 % of its net income for the period from 1 January 2013 to 31 December 2013. The dividends to be paid in two separate tranches: - KZT44,362,000,000 or KZT221.81 gross per ordinary share – paid on June 27, 2014 - KZT19,028,000,000 or KZT95.14 gross per ordinary share – will be paid during the period 10 December 2014 – 31 December 2014 The total dividend amount is KZT316.95 gross per ordinary share (each GDR representing one ordinary share).
