Doszhan Temir Zholy (DTZ) announces offsetting debt on payment of eighth coupon on bonds KZ2CKY23B672 (KZ2C00000701, DTJLb1)

/KASE, June 30, 14/ – Doszhan Temir Zholy (DTZ) JSC (Almaty), whose bonds are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by an official letter
informed KASE that the company offset the debt on the eighth coupon interest on
its infrastructure bonds KZ2CKY23B672 (KZ2C00000701, KASE official list,
"buffer" category, DTJLb1; KZT1,000, KZT30.0 bn; August 2, 2005 – August 2,
2028, annual coupon indexed at inflation rate, 6.35 % APR in the current coupon
period, 30/360).
In the said letter Doszhan Temir Zholy (DTZ) states as follows:

Doszhan Temir Zholy (DTZ) (hereinafter – DTZ, the Company) on June 19, 2014
through payment agent, ATF Bank, paid the fine on the 8th coupon interest for
the delayed period from August 16, 2013 to June 3, 2014 for 292 days (for each
day of delay). Calculation of the fine was made based on the official rate of
refinancing by the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the day of
fulfillment of the money liability 5.50% with account to the actual interest
payment in the period from August 16, 2013 to June 3, 2014.
ATFBank has informed the Company on payment on June 26, 2014 of the fine for the
8th interest coupon on bonds NIN KZ2C0Y23B676 to the amount of KZT27,410,715.68.
As of June 26, 2014 the indebtedness on the interest for the eight coupon period
was fully offset by the Company.
