/IRBIS, Feb.29, 00/ - By the resolution of the Directorate of the National securities commission of Kazakhstan (NSC) #508 of February 28, 2000 the first issue of OJSC "ASEM" shares considered valid due to the documents presented by the emitter, which prove the registration of issue and offering reports of the first share issue with Justice department of Kzyl-Orda region in June of 1998.
