Oil prices jumps threaten world economy - Minister of power of USA

According to the newspaper and Bill Richardson, the U.S. minister of power,
the oil prices jumps threaten world economy.
In the last week the oil prices in USA for the first time since the Persian
gulf war have exceeded 30 dollars / barrels.
Oil stocks in USA have decreased to the lowest for the last decade level.
Richardson has expressed satisfaction by results of negotiations in Kuwait
and Saudi Arabia. He also has conducted meeting with the Norwegian oil
minister, which however has declared later that Norway will not increase
production to the end of March.
