/KASE, June 5, 14/ – Maten Petroleum JSC (Almaty), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided with the following press-release of June 4, 2014: quote Maten Petroleum (the Company) plans to pay part of dividends on common shares of the Company due for 2013. The amount of dividends due made up KZT17,680,000,000 (seventeen billion six hundred eighty million tenge) according to decision of the annual general meeting of shareholders on May 27, 2014. Payment of dividends will carried out by a wire transfer to bank accounts of shareholders – holders of common shares of the Company, beginning from June 5, 2014.
