As the National Bank employee has informed on KASE, it is the unique
notes auction in the current week. Emitter does not plan any other
placements.
In opinion of the IRBIS analysts, it has had the certain influence on the
emitter tactics at the placement. Taking into account forthcoming notes
redemption on February 10 and 11 to the total sum of 3,502.4 million
tenges, the National Bank has been interested in significant means
attraction. Therefore yield of the notes remains at a former level and the
great demand is used mainly for the former drawings service.
There was nothing new in the investors behavior. At the short tools deficit on
the market demand with a rather soft price parameters has been guaranteed
to the emitter. Plus in the secondary market State Securities with the similar
circulation term are offered now under lower rate.
The seventh calendar week of 2000 (February 07 - 13) in the primary market
of State Securities the National Bank will finish with a net - drawing balance
of minus 1,869.3 million tenges. At the mentioned above volume of the
redemption, the sum of attraction has not exceeded 1,633.0 million tenges.
