OPEC countries can not make a decision on production volumes of oil earlier than late March - minister of energy of Qatar

/IRBIS, Feb.7, 00/ - PRIME-TASS informs, with the reference to the minister of energy of Qatar Abdalla ben Khamad al-Atya, that the countries, members of OPEC will not make a decision on production volumes of oil until the meeting of the ministers scheduled on March 27. He said "making a decision based on hasty analysis of the current situation of the market will be of nobody's interests". He believes everyone should wait for the meeting of OPEC. "Too high" oil prices create big concerns for some countries, and especially for the USA. They want to take measures to increase the production, which would reduce the prices.
