Kazakhstan Stock Exchange executive drawn to administrative responsibility

/KASE, May 12, 14/ – Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (hereinafter – the Exchange) notifies you that by resolution of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan on imposing an administrative sanction under the proceeding on the administrative violation of April 25, 2014, an executive of the Exchange was imposed an administrative sanction in form of a penalty to the amount of 200 monthly calculation indices. The sanction was imposed due to violation provided for in article 199 of Kazakhstan's Administrative Violations Code for the Exchange's failure to comply with the requirement for the procedure and terms of disclosing information about its operations.
