Kazakhstan Stock Exchange drawn to administrative responsibility

/KASE, April 11, 14/ – Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (hereinafter – the Exchange) notifies you that by resolution of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan on imposing of administrative sanction of April 10, 2014 the Exchange was imposed an administrative sanction in form of a penalty to the amount of hundred monthly calculation indices. The sanction was imposed in response to violation provided for in part 4 of article 179 of Kazakhstan's Administrative Violations Code for accounting violating requirements set by Kazakhstan's legislation on accounting and financial reporting, and methods (principles) of accounting which lead to distortion of financial statements.
