/IRBIS, Jan.21, 00/ - REUTERS informs, with the reference to "Vremya"
newspaper, that in 1999 the budget of Kazakhstan did not receive about
KZT29 bln ($200 mln) in taxes.
"I want to know: where is the money from an increase in prices for oil, non-

minister of state income Zeinulla Kakimjanov at the meeting of fiscal bodies
in Astana.
It was said earlier this week that revenues reached 101.3% of the plan.
He also informed that the national budget received about KZT15 bln from
production, processing and transportation of oil, about KZT6-7 bln from
exporting enterprises of ferrous and non-ferrous metallurgy, and KZT4 bln
from production and sale of alcoholic beverages and about KZT3 bln from
sales of last year's grain.
