conference speech of Muhtar Dzhakishev, the president of Kazatomprom,
the Kazakhstan national company has received $25 million credit from
Deutsche bank Westdeutsche Landesbank Girozentrale (WLG).
"The credit is received without any of governmental warranties, directly,

According to Dzhakishev, a part the credit will be directed to payment of
loans received from local banks, and about $30 million is planned to invest in
