Presidents of Georgia and Turkey have reached the arrangement on realization of the Baku-Tbilisi-Ceihan pipeline project

/IRBIS, Jan.17, 00/ - According to PRIME TASS and ITAR TASS, president of Georgia and president of Turkey, which has been in Tbilisi with an official visit, have reached the basic arrangement concerning Baku-Tbilisi-Ceihan pipeline project realization. It was announced on their joint press-conference. Edward Shevarnadse has declared, that Georgia is ready to answer for this pipeline safety. The Georgian President has informed, that the experts of Azerbaijan, Turkey and USA, and participating in the project companies will conduct meeting on January 21-22 in Ankara, on which they will consider the Georgia's proposals.
