/IRBIS, Jan.14, 00/ - By the resolution #544 of the Directorate of the National securities commission of Kazakhstan (NSC), dated January 13, 2000, the first STOCK issue of JSC "MEREI-HOLDING", which was suspended 0n May 14, 1999 by the NSC resolution #328.

The resolution has been made on the basis of solution of the civil case Judicial Board of the Supreme Court about admission of JSC "MEREI- HOLDING".
