/KASE, March 19, 14/ – Alatau Zharyk Company (Almaty), bonds of which are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided to KASE a
copy of a notice of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (NBK) of
March 14, 2014.
According to the document, the NBK has approved report on placement results of
bonds KZP01Y05E368 (KZ2C00001907, KASE official list, Rated Debt Securities
category, AZHKb1; KZT1,000, KZT10,830.0 bn; December 27, 2012 – December 27,
2017, semi-annual coupon 8.50 % APR, 30/360) of Alatau Zharyk Company.
According to the NBK notice, as of December 27, 2013, 19,048 of the mentioned
bonds were outstanding.
