/PRIME TASS, Dec.28, 99/ - According to Lucy Haskins, the petroleum analyst of Commerzbank, whose opinion is published by BBC, the average world oil price in 2000 will make $19.5 for barrel. In her opinion in the first quarter of 2000 the prices can reach $30 for barrel. Than, in accordance with the stocks replenishment, the recession will follow. The world prices can be lowered below $20 for barrel, but can hardly fall to $10 for barrel as in the beginning of 1999. As Lucy Haskins believes, OPEC will hardly decide to save the production limitations because nobody is interested in the further rise in prices, which can provoke the energy-saving campaign in a number of countries.
