/IRBIS, Dec.28, 99/ - According to ITAR TASS, which cites the Minister of foreign affairs of Venezuela, the meeting of the heads of OPEC members in Venezuela scheduled on March 2000 can be postponed because of the last natural disaster in the country. It should be the second meeting in this country for all 40 years of OPEC history. According to the informal data, some tens thousand habitants have perished and more than 100,000 have suffered in the result of floods and landslides caused by the down-pour rains in the northern states in the middle of December.
