By the results of the week net gold and foreign currency reserves of Kazakhstan reached $1,550.3 mln

/IRBIS, Dec.27, 99/ - The National Bank of Kazakhstan informs that net gold
and currency reserves of Kazakhstan in real terms grew from $1,403.2 mln
(as of December 19, 1999) to $1,550.3 mln as of December 24, 1999.
Gross gold and currency reserves of Kazakhstan as of December 24 at
$2,028.3 mln, $145.7 mln increase from December 19.
