Kazakhstan extended the ban on fuel oil exports till March 1, 2000

/IRBIS, Dec.27, 99/ - REUTERS informs, with the reference to the resolution
of the government, that Kazakhstan extended temporary ban on fuel oil
exports till March 1, 2000.
The ban was imposed on September 25 till December 25, 1999 due to "the
beginning of heating season and critical situation with supply of fuel oil".
It is not allowed to export diesel fuel from December 26, 1999 to April 1,
2000 either.
