State budget deficit of Kazakhstan as of November 1, 1999 - KZT18.4 bln

/IRBIS, Dec.27, 99/ - REUTERS informs, with the Statistics agency of Kazakhstan, that state budget deficit of Kazakhstan as of November 1, 1999 reached KZT18.4 bln, revenues - KZT297.7 bln, expenses, including financing - KZT316.1 bln. Following is some data on budget performance (in million tenges): As of November 1, 1999 Revenues 297,704 Incomes 295,157 Expenses and financing 316,122 Expenses 302,967 Financing 13,155 Budget deficit -18,418 The Ministry of finance informs that tax collections rose 5.1% relative to last month, capital income grew 11.0%, volume of transfers rose 4.2 times, non- tax revenues fell 53.5%. Tax collections accounted for 83.3% of all incomes, non-tax revenue - 5.8%, capital interest - 10%.
