Almaty real estate center Erik Kerimsheev, since 2000 the Kazakhstan
inhabitants will have the right to receive the republican banks credits on the
not only the immovable but also on the movables security.
He has underlined that such practice is new "not only for Kazakhstan, but
also for other CIS countries". The movables are: the personal transport, the
goods in a turn-over, the objects of the uncompleted construction, are also
the any other property, which can be left as a pawnshop deposit, including
the equipment, jewelry, sowing material, valuable securities, and money on
the bank account.
Besides the trade-marks, company names, picture, inventions, literary and
scientific works, pieces of music, patents and other kinds of the intellectual
property can be considered as a pledge.
Kerimsheev has stated also that "the pawnshops system will be changed by
the bank system, and the Kazakhstan inhabitants will work with the banks,
as all over the civilized world".
