/IRBIS, Dec.21, 99/ - By the resolution #520 of the Directorate of the National securities commission of Kazakhstan (NSC), dated December 21, 1999, OJSC "KAZKOMMERTSBANK" was issued a license #04011000169 to engage in brokerage and dealing activities on the stock market with the right to handle client accounts as a nominal holder.

By the same resolution the license of OJSC "KAZKOMMERTSBANK" #0402100085 to engage in brokerage and dealing activities in the stock market without the right to handle client accounts as a nominal holder issued on August 19, 1999 was revoked. Earlier, this license was suspended by the resolution #507 of NSC, dated December 9, 1999.
