Generale d'seau will manage water supply system of Almaty

/IRBIS, Dec.20, 99/ - REUTERS informs, with the reference to TV channel CTC, that French company Generale d'seau took the management of water supply system of the biggest city in Kazakhstan - Almaty. "Almaty water supply company is actually bankrupt. Debts of the population and industrial enterprises surpassed one billion tenge ($7,233 mln)", informs TV channel. $100 mln loan at 2 percent APR is proposed by French investors. According to the head of the city administration Victor Khrapunov, of each 1,000 tenge, earned by providing water supply, 400 tenge will go to water supply company, 520 to French investor and 80 tenge to another partner of the joint venture - Alternative finance.
