/IRBIS, Dec.15, 99/ - On December 16 the Ministry of Finance of Kazakhstan should repay one issues of short term indexed debts: - #23/3B, KZ43L1612993 for 6,069.5 thousand USD, or 839.1 mln tenge at repayment exchange rate. Weighted average yield of MEKAVM-3, #23/3B is settled at the auction at 8.41% APR in currency terms. Actual yield in tenge, calculated at a real exchange rate, equaled 18.23% APR.
