Offering results of the 2nd issue of OJSC "SHNOS" (Kazakhstan) shares

/IRBIS, Dec.14, 99/ - According to listing requirements OJSC "SHNOS" (Shymkent, official list of securities, category "A") provided Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) with the report on issue and offering results for the 2nd issue of shares, approved by the National securities commission of Kazakhstan on November 30, 1999. The issue has been registered with Justice department of South Kazakhstan region on January 11, 1999 under the number A3740-1 for a total of 100,000,000 tenge with 100,000,000 tenge authorized capital. Within the 2nd issue 99,996,055 common inscribed and 3,945 preferred shares were issued. Par value of the shares is 1 tenge. By the time the issue was approved 17,293,655 common inscribed shares amounting to 17,293,655 tenge have been placed.
