/KASE, January 17, 14/ – Insurance company Standard (Almaty, hereinafter – the
company), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange
(KASE), has provided KASE with a copy of a notice from the Committee on Control
and Supervision of Financial Market and Financial Organizations of the National
Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (FSC NBK) of December 25, 2013.
According to the mentioned document:
- FSC NBK approved the report on results of the offering of company shares;
- the issue was divided in 147,366,097 ordinary shares;
- the issue of company shares was entered in the State registry of serial
securities under No. А0534;
- as of February 24, 2012 142,316,758 ordinary shares of the company were
outstanding; its share capital was formed to the amount of KZT74,004,714,320.
