/IRBIS, Dec.14, 99/ - Resolution of the National Securities Commission of Kazakhstan (NSC) #507 of December 09, 1999 stops for one months the company's license #0402100085 of September 30, 1997 to engage in brokerage and dealing activities in the stock market without the right to handle clients' accounts as a nominal holder of August 19, 1999.

The decision is accepted in connection with infringement by the company the requirements of the NSC resolution dated Nov.15, 1999.
