/IRBIS, Dec.8, 99/ - By the resolution #504 of the National securities commission of Kazakhstan (NSC), dated December 6, 1999, a permission was issued to LLP "Uchebnyi tsentr "Universal Consulting" to train specialists of the first and the second categories for the stock market.
