/KASE, Dec.06, 99, Galina Tsalyuk/ - According to listing requirements OJSC "Kazchrome" (Almaty, official list of securities, category "B") provided Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) with its financial statements of its member- companies for 9 months of 1999: a branch - "Aksuskii zavod ferrosplavov" and joint stock companies "Donskoi GOK" and "Ferrochrome".

Based on these documentation, following are financial ratios of the companies, members of OJSC "TNC "Kazchrome", in 9 months of 1999 (in thousand tenge):

OJSC "TNC "Kazchrome" has one branch - "Aksuskii zavod ferrosplavov" and owns 90% of shares in "Ferrochrome" and "Donskoi GOK". Main volume of production (more than 95%), of the companies - members of OJSC "TNC "Kazchrome", is exported to CIS countries and abroad.

"Aksuskii zavod ferrosplavov" produces ferrochromium, ferrosilicon, ferrosilicochromium, ferrosilicomanganese, ferromanganese. The plant functions from January 18, 1968 and is the biggest producer of ferroalloys in the world.

JSC "Ferrochrome" produces ferrochromium (with high, middle, and low carbon), ferrosilicochromium.

"Donskoi GOK" extracts and concentrate chromium ore for JSC "Ferrochrome" and Aksuskii plant.
