Stock exchange and professional participants of the market to submit to NSC of Kazakhstan their work plans and give account for them

/IRBIS, Dec.03, 99/ - National securities commission of Kazakhstan (NSC) by its resolution #498 of November 29, 1999 obligated Kazakhstan stock exchange and other organizations, which own licenses to engage in any activities on the stock market as a self-regulated organizations of professional participants of the market and in depository activities, to develop annual internal work plans with the names of the activities, execution terms, completion types, and an executive in charge. Such plans should be submitted to NSC annually not later than December 25. Besides, organizations, mentioned above, should submit quarterly progress reports. This resolution was adopted to determine technical condition of the stock market of Kazakhstan and prospects for its development.
