/IRBIS, Nov.29, 99/ - The first documentation concerning the Almaty's executive body's municipal bonds was obtained on the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) in order of the preliminary familiarization. They are: temporary order of issue authorized by the Government of Kazakhstan, investment memorandum of the financial adviser (the preliminary edition) and other. There is no official statement of the emitter about an auction. The financial agent of the emitter is KASE. The financial adviser is JSC "DB Securities Kazakhstan" (Almaty). Judging by the "Temporary order of the issue of the Almaty's executive body's municipal bonds", the securities are similar to MEKAVM of the Ministry of Finance of Kazakhstan and, most likely, will have the circulation time 6,9 or 12 month. As far as it is known to the IRBIS Agency, the financial adviser is planing to conduct the road show in the nearest time and the issue in the first decade of December. But these plans may be corrected.
