/KASE, November 27, 13/ – Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) notifies that by the decision of the Committee on Indices and Securities Valuation (hereinafter – the Committee) of November 27, 2013 common sharesGB00B29BCK10 (KASE official list first category, GB_ENRC) of EURASIAN NATURAL RESOURCES CORPORATION PLC (London) have been excluded from the KASE Index calculation representative list beginning November 28, 2013.

The decision to exclude the mentioned shares from the KASE Index calculation representative list has been made in compliance with sub-items 6) and 8) of item 1 of article 5 of the Methodology of Stock Market Indices Calculation based on the following reasons.

On October 22, 2013, Brokerage House JAZZ CAPITAL (Almaty) refused to fulfill the mentioned shares market maker obligations on KASE; on November 25, 2013 the shares were excluded from the London Stock Exchange (LSE) official list at their issuer initiative.

These circumstances resulted in sharp decline of their liquidity, growth of their prices volatility and extension of their quotations spreads.

The mentioned shares were admitted to the KASE Index calculation representative list on May 1, 2009.

Following the Committee decision this list includes eight shares:
