/IRBIS, Nov.22, 99/ - By the resolution of the National Securities Commission (NSC) of Kazakhstan #135/0 dated November 19, 1999, JSC SUBSIDIARY BANK "ALFA BANK" SINCE November 21 HAS BEEN expelled from the Securities trades. The bank also is released from the monthly membership duties from November 21 till the moment of license renewal.

The license #402100051 to engage in brokerage and dealing activities in the stock market without the right to handle clients' accounts was suspended by the NSC decree #487 of November 13, 1999 for the for a period to one month.
