/KASE, November 15, 13/ – AsiaCredit Bank (Almaty, hereinafter – the bank),
bonds of which are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE),
provided to KASE the copy of notice of the Committee on Regulation and
Supervision of Financial Market and Financial Organizations of the National
Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (FSC NBK) of November 11, 2013.
According to the document:
- FSC NBK approved the report on bank shares placement results;
- the issue is split into 19,000,000 common shares;
- the bank shares issue is included to the State Serial Securities
Register under number А0009;
- as of October 1, 2013, 11,904,064 common shares of the bank are
placed, its authorized capital is formed in the size of
KZT11,904,064,000.
