/KASE, October 25, 13, re-distributed due to specifying the S&P report date/ – Kazakhtelecom (Astana, hereinafter – the Company), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by an official letter informed KASE that the current level of the rating assigned by Standard&Poor's on the unsecured bonded loan is at level "BB" outlook stable and "kzA".

According to the report of rating agency Standard & Poor's of May 8, 2013 "the Company's long-term credit rating and rating on national scale were affirmed at the previous level: "ВВ" outlook stable and "kzA".
