From November 5 bonds of LLC "RG BRANDS" (Kazakhstan) are on non- listing trade floor of KASE

/IRBIS, Nov.05, 99/ - Based on the application of trade member of KASE, from November 5, 1999 bonds of LLC "RG BRANDS" (Almaty; activities - production and sale of natural juices and beverages, marketing services; authorized capital - 640.0 thousand tenge) are entered into the sector of "Non-listing securities" with the first level of access. The bonds were given a trade code RGBRb. General information on the issue of the securities: Date of issue registration: October 29, 1999 Type of securities: collateral inscribed coupon bonds NIN KZ29KABK7A06 Par value of the bond, USD: 100.00 Issue volume, USD: 500,000.00 Number of bonds issued: 5,000 Coupon rate: 17% (excluding tax) APR in currency Circulation term: 270 days from state registration of the issue Insurance policy of the company "BTA Insurance" serves as a collateral for emitter's bonds. The bonds are issued in two tranches $250,000 each. Coupon is paid with repayment of the principal. - The first tranche is placed within 30 days from state registration of the issue. Circulation term is 90 days from the registration of the issue. Maturity date is January 26, 2000. - The second tranche is issued and placed within 30 days from the end of circulation term and repayment of the principal and a coupon of the first tranche. Circulation term is 180 days from the registration of the issue. Maturity date is July 24, 2000. Bonds are placed among investors at par value taking into account accrued interest on the day of sale. Payments for purchased bonds are made in tenge at weighted average rate of the Currency exchange KZT/USD on the day the deal is made. Repayment of the bonds and their coupons are made in Kazakhstan tenges at weighted average rate of the Currency exchange KZT/USD on the day prior to maturity date (January 25, 2000 for the first tranche, and July 23, 2000 for the second). The emitter has the right to recall the bonds both the whole issue and part of it (tranches) by repaying corresponding interest on them. No drawing of a lottery is stipulated by the terms of the issue. Money, raised by issuing the bonds, will be used to purchase packaging material (from the first tranche) and pay leases for the equipment of the company "Tetra Pak" (from the second tranche). Distinctive feature of this activity is that LLC "RG BRANDS" is exempt from income taxes on legal entities according the agreement with the Investment agency of Kazakhstan.
