Kazakhtelecom (Kazakhstan) Board of Directors takes decision to make changes in issue prospectus of bonds (KZ2C00000826, KZTKb2)

/KASE, September 20, 13/ – Kazakhtelecom (Astana), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by an official letter informed KASE of the following: quote On August 28, 2013 Kazakhtelecom's Board of Directors took a decision on the issue of "Making changes in decision of Kazakhtelecom's Board of Directors "On approval of revised terms of issue of internal borrowing bonds of Kazakhtelecom" (Minutes No. 50 of October 27, 2009)". According to the mentioned decision changes were made in section 7 "Data on bond issue" of item 38 of the Prospectus of unsecured registered coupon bond issue related to the right of early buyout of bonds by the issuer (partially or fully).
