KASE membership Rule was changed

/IRBIS, Nov.01, 99/ - The Management of the National Securities Comission
(NSC) by the decree #462 dated October 26, 1999 has ratified the Rule
about membership on KASE in a new edition.
According to the new edition of the Rule the members of Exchange should
grant the information about their shareholders possessing more, than five
percents from the authorized capital, and also to inform the exchange about
changes in the number of such shareholders.
Besides the members of exchange should provide KASE with the following
financial reporting:
- The members of "P" categories (right to participation in the trades in
non-state securities included in the official list of KASE, and in state
blocks of shares of privatizing organizations), "H" (right to participation in
trades in non-state securities allowed to the circulation in sector "non-
listing securities"), "K" (right to participation in trades in state securities) -
balance sheet and income statement by the quarter results;
- The members of "B" category (right to trade in all kinds of foreign
exchanges through an own correspondent account in the National Bank
of Kazakhstan) - monthly balance sheet under the 700H form and
calculation of the prudential standards.
It is necessary to note, that the last request was de facto entered on KASE
for a long time and was executed by the members of Exchange, and only
now it has received the official status.
