Parlament of Kazakhstan can accept the project of budget-2000 before the end of November

/IRBIS, Oct.29, 99/ According to REUTERS, Marat Ospanov, the Mazhilis Spokesman has promised today, that Parliament will sign the project of budget-2000 before the end of November. In the first reading the project and the macroeconomic forecast till 2002 were approved by Parliament on September 28. The incomes of the budget were approved at a level of 286.423 billion tenges, on received official transfer - 52.518 billion tenges, on redemption - 1.272 billion tenges, on the charges and crediting - 404.77 billion tenges. The budget deficiency limit was adopted at the level of 63.8 billion tenges (3% from GDP). Ospanov also informed, that the new Prime Minister of Kazakhstan Kasymzhomart Tokaev prepares in near future to introduce in Parliament the new Government's program. Ospanov believes that it will happen on November 7 or 10.
