At actual volume of redemption of 4,518.5 million tenges the emitter has attracted by two auctions only 905.7 million tenges (100.0 million tenges + $5.981 million at the official rate on Oct.27, 99). The week balance of the Ministry of Finance of Kazakhstan under the internal debt is evaluated on one week in a minus 3,612.8 million tenges, taking into account that money from Oct.28, 99 MEIKAM placement will be received by the emitter on Monday.
