The execution of the Kazakhstan budget - 58%

In January - September receipt in the state budget have made 261.6 billion tenges or 60% from the annual plan, the republican budget is executed by 58%, local budgets - by 64%. The Minister has informed, that in 9 months of the current year the charges of the state budget have made 258 billion tenges (222.2 billions in 8 months) or 54.2% to the annual plan, budget crediting has amounted to 12 billion tenges. Budget deficiency in January - September was 8.7 billion tenges (6.131 billions tenges in January - August) or 0.6% from GDP. Government has spent 12 billion tenges for the state debt service , that is 0.9% from GDP. The minister has told, that the situation is complicated by that the areas do not in time return the credits received, as a rule, for salary payment, loans and credits. 600 million tenges as credits and loans for the republican oblasts (regions) were given from the beginning of the current year, from which 366.7 million tenges are not redeemed. Besides the delayed debts under the budget credits and loans, received by regions in two previous years, has exceeded 5 billion tenges. The new government going to get down to the problem of duties and governmental credits return. As the Minister said, the payable debts of the state budget is by 37% higher than in the beginning of the year. It includes the republican budget debt which increased and reached 57% from the total debts, and the debts of the local budgets which decreased by 17%. The main volume of current debts is made be the pensions and grants payments. He informed, that the Ministry of Finance continues dialogue with international financial organizations about the loans for the budget deficiency financing.
