Licenses of CJSC "Fondovyi service" (Kazakhstan) and LLC "KIB ASSET MANAGEMENT Ltd" are not suspended

/IRBIS, Oct.26, 99/ - By the resolution of the National Securities Commission of Kazakhstan #456 dated October 14, 1999 additional term for CJSC "Fondovyi service" and LLC "KIB ASSET MANAGEMENT LTD", which was set by the resolution of the National commission #413 of August 23, 1999 to bring criteria (norms) of financial stability into accord with the requirements of the Instructions on calculating and using the criteria (norms) of financial stability to organizations engaged in brokerage and dealing activities on the stock market (resolution #17 of November 25, 1998) was prolonged until December 1, 1999. The decision was made based on the petitions of CJSC "Kazakhstan stock exchange" and OJSC "HALYK SAVINGS BANK OF KAZAKHSTAN", and the letter of LLC "KIB ASSET MANAGEMENT Ltd" #112/01 of October 11, 1999.
