Shares of OJSC "Karagandy-nan" (Kazakhstan) were transferred into the second admission level of "Non-listing securities" sector

/IRBIS, Oct.20, 99/ - By the decision of Kazakhstan stock exchange's (KASE) Board of October 20, 1999 common inscribed shares of OJSC "Karagandy-nan" (Karaganda, "Non-listing securities" sector, trade code KGNN) were transferred from the first to the second admission level. The decision about transfer was made due to nonfeasance of the trade member of the stock exchange, based on whose application the securities were included into KASE trades, its obligations to provide necessary information on the company. Authorized capital of OJSC "Karagandy-nan" - 293,446 thousand tenge, number of common shares - 28,669,744. From February 4 of current year only common shares of the second issue (22,596,043 shares, NIN KZ1C01341014) were included into trades on the stock exchange. Main activities of the company - baking and sale of bakery products, confectionery and macaroni products; processing, storing, production and sale of agricultural produce and other consumer goods; trade and purchasing and commercial and intermediary activities and others.
