/KASE, Oct.13, 99/ - According to the listing requirements OJSV "TNK KAZCHROM" (Almaty, official list of securities, category "B") provided Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) with financial reports for the first half of 1999 for it's branch "Aksussky ferroalloy plant" and for join-stock companies "Donskoy GOK" and "Ferrochrome".

ТNК KAZCHROM exists since 1995. A main kind of activity - production of ferrous metals, mining and enrichment of ores for ferrous metallurgy. Main kinds of production: high carbonaceous ferrochrome, ferrosilicon, ferrosilicone chrome, ferrosilicone manganese.

The company has one branch - Aksussky ferroalloy plant and 90% of shares of join-stock companies Donskoy GOK and Ferrochrome. Aksussky ferroalloy plant works since January 18, 1968 and is the largest ferroalloy producer in the world.
