SHNOS (Kazakhstan) investments in 1999 will be not less $12 million

Construction of the boiler-house, reconstruction of the liquefied gas plant, reconstruction of kerosene faction dewaxing plant are among the projects. SHNOS involves the credits of Kazakhstan's and western banks and other financial institutions. "Construction of boiler-house will be financed, for example, by Kazkommertsbank and German insurance company Germes. There are bank line in the Sitibank and in the ABN AMRO bank," - Nurlan Bisakov has told. In the previous year the total sum of investments in SHNOS has made $18 million. SHNOS is supervised by the Kazkommertsbank. It is the youngest of three Kazakhstan oil refinery with design capacity of 6 million tonnes of oil.
